CNC Grinding

At Gosford Grinding and engineering we have multiple CNC grinding machines that allow us to achieve extremely accurate repeatability whilst being super-efficient and competitive.

Our CNC grinders can grind multiple OD and ID surfaces while also grinding the faces adjacent to these surfaces all within a single cycle. This ensures all diameters are running concentric to each other and the faces are running square and true.

Additionally our CNC grinders have the abilty to shape our grinding wheels in a variety of shapes, tapers and radiuses giving us the ability to achieve a desired profile.
